      Great people to work with and for. The company values a good employee. Lots of room for growth. Opportunities to work in other areas all over the world should you want to do so.

      -Work life balance. - Good for people looking for normal growth - Good Product - In business for 140 years

      Cons

      -Massive Issue with Performance Management. People leave or ask to leave because of poor performance management. - Choose Manager Not a Job. It's not what you know but who you know when it comes to appreciation .

      Pros

      There are some good people that work here, but with turnover there's less and less. It's a clean safe environment. Benefits are decent. Pay is low.

      Cons

      Issues with "yes men" in management positions so that real issues don't get addressed. HR needs to be more present. Focus on nitpicking small issues when there are bigger issues that need to be fixed. Drunk and high people on the job makes it hard to feel motivated to do your best.
