Great co workers, overloaded with work, poor working conditions

Pros

The environment here is friendly and welcoming to all cultures.

Cons

Billing goal is way too high, you are expected to transport clients in your personal car even when they re known to have bed bugs. Poor working conditions. The pay is very low.

Experience in the mental health field, good for your resume and decent benefits, you will be never, ever be bored!

Cons

Poor upper management, inconsistency, frequent but poor training, high billing requirements, no opportunity for overtime, wear and tear on your personal vehicle, disregard for staff safety, overall confusion in agency guidelines
