Awesome coworkers willing to help each other and clinical advice. Job flexibility in some positions, able to work from home.

Cons

Low pay for job requirements. Too high case loads, billing goal is too high for some positions, lack of communication between various upper management staff. Little upward mobility.

Pros

I loved working for AID. The director of nursing was amazing. Supportive and accessible. The RN salary was very good. I loved the residents.

Cons

Can be understaffed at times. Little oversight for house staff. Frequent staff turnover and new people created inconsistencies for house residents.
