Incredible outdoor environment to work in, great customer network, fun co workers, fun to work with kids, great management.

Cons

Can be overwhelming at end of day when parents show up all at once, can be overwhelming when kids are over-demanding, managing lots of different (and sometimes temperamental) personalities at once.
