Some teams are really great to work at Good horizontal transition opportunities across teams and locations If you like to try many new things and not see it through, you will thrive here

Some teams and people have too much power and influence, especially those based in locations like the US do not know how to work or collaborate with those in the global south Terrible pay and appraisal systems Hiring is broken and wastes funder money Leadership is not diverse and builds castles in the sky
