      Pros

      The people, the big thinking, some senior management. everyone works really hard to realize the best; however this is persistently frustrated by some aspects of organizational culture

      Cons

      CEO micromanages, is too closely tied to the organization, which doesn't allow the necessary freedom for growth and development. lack of focus in vision, tendency toward abstraction and some grandiosity.

      - Values "senior" colleagues rather than developing junior ones despite pushing the youth changemaker agenda - People here have a high rate of burnout - Need to decentralize properly and not treat local offices as a way to earn better revenue for central matters
