Pros
The organization's mission and vision are promising. The people or changemakers that you meet are inspiring. The flexible hours are great. The conversations you become part of are thought-provoking.
Cons
I agree with the former review that says "lots of bureaucracy and jargon that prevents people from making real impact". The culture and how things work are the turn offs. There are many disorganized meetings that run too long without clear action steps, lack of career opportunities, management is always looking for sustainable funding, leadership team needs more DEI lenses when it comes to selecting fellows and leaders especially from developing countries whose innovation might now always seem "new"
