Disparate selling groups competing internally is a huge hinderance. Reliance on driving adoption from the bottom up without support from the top down is big challenge. Management at and above director level not always honestly supportive and often look for a scapegoat when goals are not fully met (after being inappropriately set). Also too much reliance on letting some of the suppliers influence disproportionatly the business goals, direction and participation of Arrow employees.

The telecommunications industry is changing rapidly with shifts in manufacturers and technologies. This has created a very tough working environment where it is difficult to maintain strong customer relationships, profit margins, and pay like we have enjoyed in the past. This is industry wide, and not specific to Shared Technologies.
