Pay is in line with industry average however not sure how long this will last . new redesigned offices are a fry cry from the old mice infested digs . parking has improved. Free coffee !

Cons

Long hours . Zero work life balance . Sales driven culture . if you are not in Sales you are not worth anything . Severe emphasis on Cost Cutting . Little to no respect for the minions who make this company tick. Rampant Favoritism and no emphasis on training and improving employees
