3 weeks vacation within the first year. At times middle management tries to make things better but corporate management doesn't seem to care about their employees that are making the money for the company.

Cons

Required to work on some holidays. Can be dirty work. Hard to get the proper tools needed to do the job. Low wages.

Stressful job with not much money...

Pros

There were good departments to be in-but I wasn't in one. Arrow offered great time off-3 weeks to start-plus decent sick and personal time.

Cons

Low Pay, Bad Management. They eliminate positions, and expect the people who were left to pick up the workload. So much stress--I was miserable in this job for two years.

Thanks for sharing your experience-- we offer paid time off for all employees. 14 days of vacation in your first year, 15 starting in your 2nd year (sick leave for hourly, and no cap on sick leave for salaried).
