Cons

They put you on the right track and you may never move from there again. Cold corporate environment.

Pros

Nice plan for "Five years out" . lots of opportunity to grow.

Cons

Poor pay , long hours, no work/home balance, revolving door mgmt , poor recognition in Finance, lack of knowledgeable leadership due to mgmt moving on to better paying positions.
