Great company! But...

Forward looking, great roadmap, good vision for the company in both ECS and Global Components space

Cons

Not enough internal empowerment - meaning quality employees are not empowered to make decisions, no promotions from within. Very hierarchy and org oriented. Also matters on who you know or are friends with in upper management (read formerly Melville now Englewood) to get promotions. So many employees feel stagnated. Very very stagnated.
