Very professional, solutions oriented, metrix oriented. Human resources is caring and quick to remedy problems. Management is effective

Cons

There are not a lot of cons as far as i've seen, maybe the time work starts at the facility i work.

Pros

Great managers, working with like minded people, opportunity to engage with startups, relationship building, miles reimbursement, credit card, trainings.

Cons

Target market is engineers, This is a sales and account management position but there are also many times when you are just a "coordinator" setting up meetings with the customer and your field application engineers. Not a bad thing but sometimes engineers are not the best communicators and it can be worse when you are trying to close business and you have to wait from internal information and communication from your engineers.
