Pros

Arrow is a very large technology corporation with a huge opportunity for growth and career advancement. They recognize and foster talent and offer a great work-life balance.

Cons

Arrow tends to layoff quickly when the revenue numbers don't line up with forecast. Arrow also is leaning more towards offering more advancement if you are willing to relocate to Denver, CO.

Love, love, love, LOVED working at Arrow Electronics. What a wonderful way to enter the workforce... I had a lot of training from upper level management, was given a lot of autonomy, and made splashes all the way up to the CEO and Board of Directors!

Cons

I really can't think of any... I was in a great position and had amazing Directors! Some of the supplier marketing interns however did complain that their tasks were mundane, and they felt bored.
