Good Company, Trusted supplier to a lot of companies. Name carries a lot of weight when trying to prospect. Bosses are understanding and supportive. Lots of variety in the job, you won't be bored. Company is moving to more of a technology solutions company and starting to really define itself in the market.

Cons

Work Life balance is not great, trying to do more with less people. Large company, takes an age to get things done. Quarter to Quarter business, so forget a lot of the long term planning. Management do not understand how long a design cycle takes at a customer and often require immediate results
