Very bad company.

Pros

Not much- no work pressure.

Cons

Worst cheating company. Shift and transport are added in the CTC and they will cut from your CTC if you take leave. No other company in India is doing this. No company benefits. While interviews they will say product based company of around 100 years old. But its still start-up will die to save single penny. No benefit company of the decade.

Sinking ship...

Pros

Some really great coworkers, but the good ones seem to be leaving in droves. Vacation time is also good if you have time to use it. The on-site gyms in the Denver offices are easy to access and have great equipment.

Cons

Company is in constant change with no clear direction from management from the C-Suite down. The motto should be updated to "One Quarter Out," but I think that's the clear understanding of most of the employees left. This used to be an amazing company that truly understood the value of it's employees and how to engage and promote employee satisfaction, but no more. Now it's very clear that executives and management here view employees as a highly disposable number. -Bi-annual and quarterly layoffs -Layoffs aren't generally structure to target low-performers, just high-cost employees, so a lot of knowledge gets lost leading to high employee stress, more employee turnover, and poor performance when it comes to meeting customer expectations. -People constantly leaving due to shear frustration -Poor morale among employees, with many stressed and extremely overworked covering positions that are rarely intended to be back-filled. -Poor middle-management -Overworked senior management -Absent executive management -Constant workload issues leading to no life balance -If you do have work/life balance, know that you'll probably be laid off and your position will be off-shored to a team in India. -HR team is useless -Little upward mobility, with some lateral movement available. -Promotion isn't generally based on merit, but more on who you know and how much you suck up. -Don't expect a pay raise or annual increase -Do expect constant re-orgs with less and less direction each time -Working in sales, sometimes your commission check is right but more often than not it's way off in either direction. Sometimes they fix it though. The list goes on and on but I think you get the picture.

Arrow has finally lost my respect

Pros

Great coworkers, just wish Arrow would appreciate the hard work they all do to line the executive pockets.

Cons

After many years in my current position, I’ve discovered my current salary is about the same as most entry level positions for similar jobs in the area. Probably my fault for sticking around so long. I take pride in my work, and feel loyalty to a company after expending so much time and energy doing the best job I can to maintain quality reporting and numbers. They nixed any merit increases this year, blaming it on the COVID crisis. But hey, at least we still have a job, right? It’s pathetic.
