Pros

colleagues are the best, but employees are not valued ever

Cons

I could go on and on. Let's see - Covid? Arrow has now deemed themselves an essential employee and we all have to go in and check a box that we are essential, while we have been successfully working from home. Leadership needs to leave. All they care about is moving up for themselves - they have been there for years, there is no strategy EVER! You never see or hear from executives EVER! They fund projects by putting out fires, each day you don't know which project gets money for the short-term and then pull it right back when some other executive screams louder. Hideous example of leadership. Layoffs constantly because they have no idea what their bottom line is!! seriously, ask Finance. And don't let me go on about their IT infrastructure - it's a mess. it's 20 years behind and patched up. No real data anywhere. It's all a big fasad and will come crashing down, which will ultimately crash the entire company. If I could give less than a 1 I would! Ignore the good reviews, they are fake!

Thank you for your service to Arrow, and for your feedback on the recent Oracle implementation...we'll certainly pass along your feedback to the appropriate teams for review. We take our relationship with our employees very seriously, and when the business needs to make cuts, we go through an exhaustive process of reviews, working hard to minimize impact to the fewest number of employees possible, but regrettably, that doesn't always mean we can avoid layoffs all together.

Pros

Pays well. There’s a scooter. Denver is starting to be a tech hub so if you need to take a job at Arrow, something better will come along soon. They’re talent pool will continue to shrink as more and more companies move to Denver and treat their employees well.

Cons

Lay offs No clear job roles (makes it easier to fire people when they have no job description) The leadership is a boy’s club. There are token women to agree with the boys. If you don’t agree with the boys, you’re not in the club. Being laid off from Arrow is especially unpleasant because of the HR staff and their insensitivity and unfairness All of the things that made the website fun and interesting have been removed. Creativity and innovation are not encouraged. You will think you are being gas-lighted all the time. And you are. Pay is good but the health benefits are terrible for how much the employee pays
