      Terrible and inept senior management

      Great office, good food and the location and parking are excellent

      Cons

      Bullying and inept senior management within Cambridge that hid their incompetence by blaming others. Lots of charlatans hiding in plain site, especially some of the new American hires. The company had sadly gone very very toxic.. avoid

      Very interesting job but bad high/mid-management

      Arm Norway and Arm ---------------------------- - Good work life balance - Interesting Job - Great engineering environment for brainstorming and innovation - Awesome package (short and long term) - Fantastic execs which are driving arm to the next level!!

      Cons

      Arm Norway (not Arm) ----------------------------- - Bad high/mid management environment for brainstorming and innovation - High/Mid managers/leaders are not competent, not well suited for decision making, driving as well as leading - High/Mid managers/leaders with low or no experience in leading, managing and taking decisions and most of all with the same background which makes diverse opinions and mind sets difficult to arise - Too many high/mid managers/leaders

      Office Politics taken to a next level

      Pros

      Good for your CV. You have a salary.

      Cons

      Too much bureaucracy. Cliques and such.. There are senior people that have grown in the company disproportinally with the technically value. It is very difficult to deal with them since they have protection from higher up and they do whatever they can just to push their ego. Moreover, several employees have done no other job after graduating NTNU other than staying there.. So, we are talking about an arteriosclerotic establishment.. Good luck!
