corrupt management, safety is all talk, many cut corners, scary to work in units. Caste levels of employees. Good employees quickly leave.

Similar to the reviews written by others, there is a bad management in top down environment and the management likes to micromanage as well, resulting in a high turnover rate. No changes is implemented even after feedback is given. Do not expect any career progression in this company.
