Pros
1. Offers a little more than market average salaries 2. Fixed salary hikes (around 6-15%), and fixed time promotions. Sometimes, salary hike happens twice, in case you got promotion mid-year. 3. Facilities (Cab, Food, and other extra-curricular) 4. It's a product-based company, so there is not so much of work pressure always, but it might also depend on the team. Again, depending on the team and project, you might get good development work too. 5. From testing work perspective, there is no automation or no learning even on the general front. All is just manual testing, and heavily domain based. If you are a manual tester, will take time initially with all the domain based learning, after that, very easy work, and enjoyable place. But, you might find yourself stuck there as this domain is not elsewhere in India. 6. HR and Senior management seem to have improved after the negative reputation from online and word-of-mouth reviews. 7. Smooth and easy exit process.
Cons
1. Average skilled people in the company. Not very bright minds. 2. As I said, fixed salary hikes, and fixed time promotions. So, working hard and intelligently doesn't make much of a difference. 3. Salary is proportional to your designation irrespective of your number of years of experience, and work capacity. So, if your earlier salary is low, you will be offered standard hike, and a lower designation than you will find your peers with the same experience in the organization. 4. Sometimes, projects are scraped immediately, and people are let go, but it doesn't happen with India centers, you can guess why! :p
