Pros

1. Offers a little more than market average salaries 2. Fixed salary hikes (around 6-15%), and fixed time promotions. Sometimes, salary hike happens twice, in case you got promotion mid-year. 3. Facilities (Cab, Food, and other extra-curricular) 4. It's a product-based company, so there is not so much of work pressure always, but it might also depend on the team. Again, depending on the team and project, you might get good development work too. 5. From testing work perspective, there is no automation or no learning even on the general front. All is just manual testing, and heavily domain based. If you are a manual tester, will take time initially with all the domain based learning, after that, very easy work, and enjoyable place. But, you might find yourself stuck there as this domain is not elsewhere in India. 6. HR and Senior management seem to have improved after the negative reputation from online and word-of-mouth reviews. 7. Smooth and easy exit process.

Cons

1. Average skilled people in the company. Not very bright minds. 2. As I said, fixed salary hikes, and fixed time promotions. So, working hard and intelligently doesn't make much of a difference. 3. Salary is proportional to your designation irrespective of your number of years of experience, and work capacity. So, if your earlier salary is low, you will be offered standard hike, and a lower designation than you will find your peers with the same experience in the organization. 4. Sometimes, projects are scraped immediately, and people are let go, but it doesn't happen with India centers, you can guess why! :p

Cons

Bad Management Not much career opportunities They don't work on latest technologies. Most of the people in management (engineering) are not from software background. So they are clueless about how to run software projects.

Pros

Car park, great people in the business and above average salaries

Cons

Uninspiring CHRO with zero emotional intelligence and known to not trust anyone, people are fired and no communications are send out, people simply disappear. HR US senior managers never last more than one year, either voluntarily or involuntary. No professionalism, all initiatives are half-baked and bought from unknown expensive providers and do not hit the mark. The business sees HR as a joke, accountabilities are not shared evenly, plenty of favouritism and a perfect place for lazy unqualified people. Exorbitant salaries for zero ROI. If you want to be People First, start by selecting a HR Leader who genuinely cares for and trusts People. How will you achieve your culture otherwise? I was put on an expensive development course, then fired the very next day, talk about managing finances accordingly and mixed messages
