Uninspiring CHRO with zero emotional intelligence and known to not trust anyone, people are fired and no communications are send out, people simply disappear. HR US senior managers never last more than one year, either voluntarily or involuntary. No professionalism, all initiatives are half-baked and bought from unknown expensive providers and do not hit the mark. The business sees HR as a joke, accountabilities are not shared evenly, plenty of favouritism and a perfect place for lazy unqualified people. Exorbitant salaries for zero ROI. If you want to be People First, start by selecting a HR Leader who genuinely cares for and trusts People. How will you achieve your culture otherwise?
