Long shifts if you're given the hours. (when they have hours to give) No full-time contracts. There's a lot of work that's spread unevenly among staff. Much of the work is handed to a single member of staff whilst others do less. Staff are constantly asked to shovel Care and Cards at customers without any commision rate or recognition for the work whilst management get a nice bonus if targets are met. Any form of communication to the companies HQ has to go through management unless you know who to contact. Management has their favourites. Asked to focus on Tills, Collection, Jewellery, eBay, TU, Fast Track, Customer Service, Picking (Headset users), Shop floor navigation, all at once is a tad bit of a joke. Especially when you don't get paid enough or fairly.

had lost faith in management from last year due to a horrible situation I was put in, management don't seem to understand certain people's mental health issues & when something goes wrong they only listen to one side of story...basically didn't feel very supported
