Flexible shift patterns but very random and don't expect them to respect any hours that you need to see your kids.

Cons

Lying lying liars Advertised full time permanent driving position Only guaranteed part time Assured that there were going to be plenty of hours available after Christmas. Made redundant without any warning because there wasn't any hours after Christmas

Pros

Management are great and understanding. Morale in my store is great, meaning you're welcomed as a new employee really well, and there's no issues fitting in.

Cons

We are part of the Sainsbury's team but their basic salary is far higher than ours. Hopefully this is sorted soon.
