Pros

What pros? There are none

Cons

Incompetent managers, the team leaders do nothing except stand around and expect sales advisors to do everything for them. Shifts are a joke, 6 hour contract will be spread over 2 days, or you’ll be in 10-3:45 just so you don’t get a half hour break. Treat staff like crap. Constant targets that are unrealistic and forced down your throat. Chance for overtime is non existent. 0 chance for progression, many staff were there for 5 years+ and still in same position. Made to stand at tills for 8 hours straight. Girls on tills and jewellery, boys on collection. Favouritism within the company. The job will leave you feeling unappreciated and used.

Pros

- Is a good entry level job - If management like you, you're gold.

Cons

- So many managers that do I'm convinced do nothing and spend so much time sat in the office doing nothing even when everyone is swamped out front. - They have no intention of helping you progress within the company, even when you work harder than other members of staff who are progressing. - Targets in care and cards are rammed down your throat every other second. - Rotas and hours can change drastically when other staff members want to come back during school holidays, meaning normal full time staff get their hours cut. - If management don't like you, they will force you out by any means possible.
