Some of the people were ok, but apart from that its a good joke asking.

Cons

Pay isn't good and doesn't really go up Some managers don't at all care about customer service Goods that are sold haven,t been treated well, and we had a VERY high return rate All management cares about is selling Argos cards and insurance policies.

The job itself was enjoyable and shifts always went in quick, it was always busy as it was Christmas time

Huge focus on hitting targets on Argos cards and insurance which was sometimes too forced and difficult to manage
