the employees are fun to work with, there is never a boring day, and there is always something new to learn every day.

Cons

if our hub store messes the customer tends to blame us, and we cant really do much about it

I absolutely love my job. I started as a Christmas temp at the age of 16 Everyone I work with are like my family. They're my best friends inside and outside of the workplace. If you work hard you get rewarded. I have been with the company 6 years (started when I was 16) and am now managing a team of 24 staff.

Cons

Some people in the workplace are lazy and do as little as they can but this is the same in any workplace you go to

-Good company with an eye on the future -Managers are given plenty of leeway to do their own things in stores -Plenty of opportunities within the company -Flexible hours and always something to do or work on -Gives you plenty of experience in all areas of retail and customer service

Cons

-Busy times stressful and tiring -General public can be awful -Sometimes internal politics can cause conflict -Lots of work for not so great pay
