Pros
The only positive thing I can say is that it helped to pay my living costs I joined the company at the age of 55. There are few "careers" open to one of mature years.
Cons
The biggest problem is the managements attitude to its employees.I have never worked anywhere that had a greater Management/ Shopfloor divide. The changing of contracts and working practices was always "Well thats the way it is going to be." "If you do not like it you know what to do."
