Been here 2 years with ZERO career development. Insulted by management saying that i hadn't done enough despite working 8am - 7pm Mon to Fri for months and on a Saturday twice with no recognition or extra pay. Management gloss over major problems and tip toe around people that genuinely deserve to be sacked! Inadequate systems that keep breaking down. Zero co-operation from the bookings team with management going out of their way to make the job difficult. A lot of big egos and arrogance. Staff worked like robots with no thanks. Negative atmosphere, with bullies who get away with their malicious behavior ! A lot of catty behaviors from groups of females. Fobbed off and given false promises in regards to promotion opportunities. DO NOT WORK HERE !, bad atmosphere and zero chance of promotion!
