Pros

£7.20 an hour, £10.80 on bank holidays and hours worked over 38.75 in a week

Cons

Rewards are aimed at shopfloor staff more than stockroom. Bonuses are given out rarely but when they are, they are distributed poorly (£25 for regular staff, £750 for team leaders and £2,000 for managers). Hours are given out based on friendships with shop floor staff instead of based on performance or store needs. Lower management seem to do nothing/next to nothing when the Manger is off, there are times when the shop floor is busy but all 5 members of management (in the managers absence) are joking around in the office, usually slagging off the staff they don't like. Security Cameras are installed to catch STAFF doing wrong, not to stop customers or even staff from stealing, just to see if they are chatting or giving out things incorrectly.
