Pros

Making a market, then sustaining leadership over that market is very difficult. AppsFlyer does that effortlessly. An expert team who works together, really collaboratively and effectively make for a winning ingredient to this recipe. Very diverse and inclusive for all walks of life and the sharing of ideas make this a very special place. A ton of urgency and drive to win, AppsFlyer's culture of innovation and winning is apparent and will ensure their success.

Cons

The experts at AppsFlyer have deep domain and product expertise. To expand that expertise into web/email/digital ecosystems for large companies would assist in greater product-market fit velocity. Adding more seasoned digital ecosystem experts to join the current body of mobile experts could be very powerful for AppsFlyer.

Pros

The business is thriving, and AppsFlyer is taking care of its employees. The benefits and pay have been great, and I really like the small company feel despite the fact that we're growing rapidly. Especially in NYC, we have a startup vibe with the luxuries and benefits that accompany a much larger company. With $210m just raised in Series D, everything is looking up! The leadership is great and I trust their vision for the company.

Cons

Work from home policy can be less flexible than peers in the tech industry

Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts with us. We're terribly disappointed to hear that you are not enjoying your time at AppsFlyer. Our culture, and particularly our commitment to wanting to see all of our employees grow and impact the company in a meaningful way, is a top priority for us. At AppsFlyer, we have an "open door policy." We do welcome you to discretely speak to your HR business partner, whose role is also to help empower you, and provide guidance through growth challenges. It is very important to us that everyone come in to work feeling satisfaction & enjoy what they do, and will certainly look into this feedback with the purpose of improving. We encourage you to also voice your concerns at the upcoming roundtable discussions about topic that emerged from the Engagement Survey. Again, we appreciate your candor.
