The company grew incredibly fast, and many employees became managers despite lack of any inter-personal skill whatsoever. The company employs quite a few toxic managers at all levels, most only promote themselves, and care very little about the team or the company. HR representative also mirror the managers behavior and provide very little help to employees if at all

Poor investment on the technology used, not investing on employee training beyond the initial one. Bad management resulted in many very talented sorkers leaving the company
