Pros

AppsFlyer has always had a keen eye for talent and great people. So there's no doubt you'll work with an amazing and professional team. The company's growth will enable you to learn a lot quickly and you'll be faced with interesting challenges that will help you grow.

Cons

- Oren Kaniel has always liked to talk about the company's DNA and culture. Well it mutated. Somewhere on the path to 1000 people, management lost it's way and it's not the same anymore - There are so many hard working professionals who go unappreciated - Management only cares about being in the headlines and not about it's people like it once did. So it's really shiny on the outside and rotten on the inside - They have to started to treat their people as if they are disposable - This is part of the reason that many people have left in the last year

Thank you for your time and energy that you have put into AppsFlyer and in taking the time to write feedback. When you said "... growth will enable you to learn a lot quickly and you'll be faced with interesting challenges that will help you grow" and we could not agree more. Facing these challenges will only allow us to grow from here with your feedback in mind. As an AppsFlyer alum, you know that we are a people-obsessed company and we really do stand by that. We know that AppsFlyer people can be anywhere and choose to be with us and it's a privilege we take with a great deal of responsibility. We will take all of your feedback to heart and take it with our management team. We wish you the best of luck in your next endeavour.

Pros

- Take pride in what you do: AppsFlyer provides app advertisers with data to make informed decisions on their ad spend, and brings transparency to a cluttered ecosystem – and that makes your job here rewarding and meaningful. - A literal rocketship: The company moves fast, and is well positioned to seize the opportunities in the mobile attribution market, and it delivers on its ambition – as seen in the amazing (and sustainable) growth both in terms of product and team. - An amazing team: Ok, everybody claims that they have a great team. But I have never worked with so many talented and dedicated people who combine professionalism with fun at the same time. Ask anybody about our parties – we know how to rock. - Learn constantly: New hires are flown to Israel for an extensive training session. There is an internal exchange program between offices. People collaborate across offices, and figure things out together. The result of this investment is a well educated team of people who really know what they're talking about.

Cons

As with any young, ambitious, and fast-moving company, processes and structures are subject to change, and may be confusing at times. Also, this may not be the right company for people who are looking for a 9-5 job (there is downtime, of course, but the nature of the mobile space, and of a global company will mean that you'll get emails pretty much around the clock).

Pros

This is one of the few companies I know of that heavily invests in staff training. Whether you're in the China office or the US, everyone comes to Israel to train, meet the team in HQ, and get a sense of the corporate culture. Overall it's a great team; everyone is actually nice. Plus, this is a company that celebrates holiday and b-days in style.

Cons

The company is quite generous, but it would provide a bigger lunch stipend (startup problems).
