Everyone at this location is inherently driven in their efforts to support their coworkers and the clients. I’m continually impressed by how much actual work gets done on a daily basis. - Management here is starting on a clean slate, all remnants of past management practices have vanished, with great affect. - Management is clear and direct when communicating local matters. - Management is fair, as long as you are getting your job done and staying on top of things. - Management truly is “open door” and will consider your stance, as long as you bring a solution with your issue. Continually focused on innovating and implementing better solutions. - Mentors are easy to identify and learn from in the company. - Process / organizational / planning focused developed individuals have a unique opportunity here, as the true value of these qualities is just starting to be realized. - Relocation opportunities. - Results based environment. - Travel opportunities. - Transparency is good, but could use some improvement.
