Poor employee morale in Corporate office. If you like to hear managers refer to their staff as deadbeats, then is the place for you. Everyone is a suspect . Underpaid, no raises because there is never any money, but the workload increases and the cost benefits. If you build relations with upper management then you are golden. The motto is " you should be thankful to have a job here." There is no room for new ideas. As long as you agree with management and don't challenge with new ideas then you will be ok. There is absolutely zero communication of any kind of company events or current happenings for employees. Zero opportunities for professional growth, they want you to come in with top notch skills but too cheap to develop their employees. No work and personal life balance.

Micromanaged, Low Pay, Staff are treated unequal (experience and high knowledgeable people with degrees that work 40+ hours make less money than the secretary), limited to no flexibility in the schedule, Management is very self absorbed and could careless about staff, lack of communication, Management does not care about what you have to contribute as they have their own agenda and will brush you off, no recognition of accomplished staff, no growth opportunities, no raises, and finally, the Management only care about the numbers and not how to get to those numbers. The process is nonexistent and when things go wrong, do not expect your leadership to have your back.
