Interesting job. Get to travel and see lots of new things. Company is run well, and managers actually care about how you are doing. Paid training is really good. Pay is good for how little experience the company requires, and taking into account the paid training.

Cons

The hours are feast or famine. On call, and not knowing when you will work sucks.
