The hours are great. You get paid every Friday. The workload isn't as much.

Cons

Limited job availability. They work on contract and can only supply the number of technicians requested.

Working outside in the winter was the worst

Management in the location I worked at was great. My Co-workers were always willing to help out in anyway from testing cars to just organizing to make sure all the work gets done throughout the day.

Cons

Besides working outside in terrible conditions, that was the only complaint.
