...At the cost of the employees. Human Resources is too involved with CYA instead of the employee morale which is horrible. The company is extremely divided across the US and even within offices. Management does not have leadership skills. Never seemed to recover from growing pains.

Bonuses rarely EVER payout as outlined in offers. In part due to international leadership making costly decisions to change directions frequently. Years of service “small incintive” discontinued with very little communication and was another disappointment to the field staff at the end of the year. Work life balance is a joke because the “Core” performers are constantly overloaded while others have zero accountability and are not managed to same expectations.
