Easy to get promoted if you suck up, play the corporate game, and talk about 'dreaming big' etc. Upper management are constantly changing their strategy with yearly 'kick offs' and agendas that subsequently get discarded with no follow-up. IT infrastructure is terrible. It takes multiple tickets to get anything done and having the required tools Employees who focus on saving the day and firefighting are routinely rewarded and promoted despite lots of noise around 'standardization' and making routines sustainable. You have a better chance of being promoted by scheduling meetings after 4pm on Fridays to show your 'visibility' than actually getting work done and improving things. LCP implementation in logistics was a complete sham and created an extremely toxic atmosphere by bosses pretending to know what they are talking about. Upper management is extremely cliquey and multiple compliance cases have been swept under the rug despite colleagues openly knowing about them.
