Pit full of snakes

Pros

If you've got the stomach for it and want to grow in your career, learn a lot and develop yourself, then this is the place.

Cons

Zero work life balance, expectation is to work endless hours, can't take holidays in the summer because all the teams are already so stretched that if one person drops, the backup people lose their life for the duration of the holiday. People are snakes that will backstab you, escalate you to higher management for any reason. It's a toxic place.

Pros

The company offers a highly multicultural environment where you get to work alongside people from diverse backgrounds, which brings fresh perspectives and ideas. The colleagues are supportive and collaborative

Cons

The leadership creates a toxic environment, with a constant push for growth even for employees who are content in their current roles. Those who don’t aspire to climb the career ladder often face discrimination and threats of termination, fostering a culture of fear rather than support. In many cases, leadership has little understanding of the actual work their teams are doing, as those in leadership roles tend to be the ones who align with higher-ups rather than those with a deep grasp of day-to-day operations. There’s no real value placed on the people doing the work — only the results matter. HR is not a reliable resource, as they prioritize supporting management over advocating for employees. Compensation is lower than in similar positions at other companies, and the benefits package doesn’t cater to employees’ needs. The company is bogged down by unnecessary bureaucracy, which hampers productivity. Frequent performance reviews — three to four times a year — consume considerable time with preparation, meetings, and follow-ups, adding to an already heavy workload. Expectations are unreasonably high, and there’s no work-life balance, compounded by a lack of empathy from leadership.

Pros

None- not kidding. If you consider cab service a pro then sure

Cons

Culture of micromanagement, humiliation, everyone except managers have to work from office all days and atleast 10-11 hours. It’s a product company but operates worse than a service company. Their GCC in Bangalore is a cost center to them nothing else so they hire and fire like crazy. Gcc is not treated as an important or valuable part of the company and there is a deep seated culture of harassment, even with interns!! Don’t even think you’ll learn or grow here. ( also very discriminating against women and other state people coz managers are generally only old male kannadigas)
