      flexible cab Beer Card Global Company Completely Show off Culture

      1. Variable pay/Bonus is biggest joke in this company, they make people fool with this. 2. Worst work life balance. GCC employees work like slave 3. This company is valueless, Company always says no shortcut,crap they always encourage shortcuts to achieve targets. Company says all employees are owners-in name of this they cut bonus salary and hikes. 4. Here employees are arrogant, bad attitude,unethical...office looks like war zone.Instead of focus of work, most of time people are busy in playing politics.

      Transport and Food is good.

      Cons

      Management is very poor and No Job security, one fine morning they come and tell you forcefully to resign other wise they will terminate. Some times we do not know why they are asking to Resign. Management will give partiality to Region and women employees.
