Very poor and inexperienced people managers all around. The Indian GCC unit is more like a back end center for the global operations. No proper exposure to employees on what's happening globally. PBS in GCC has a team called People Continuity (never join this team of you do not wish to report to a seat with a very big ego and zero people management skills) People managers are very inexperienced and lack empathy or vision Most of the leadership is insecure and blocks your connection with stakeholders The senior manager in PC wants you to be a big time bucket in order to survive There are a few small time opportunists with very sweet mouth but professional backstabbers. You need to be very careful in dealing with them Worst HR services. You will see one very constipated HR person working around and her face tells you from a kilometer that she is not approachable for anything. There are not even exit interviews conducted for employees who are leaving or have left. The attrition rate in this place is one of the highest in the industry No job security amongst the employees
