      - Fast paced environment and growth if you deliver results - you see very young leadership because they grew very fast - High energy and passionate people - Great teams, peers and leaders to learn from - Big focus on people development and rettention - International exposure and career opportunities - Very good benefits, salary and facilities

      Cons

      - Some processes and teams still not fully settled in India - Culture is very strong and not for everyone, specially if you like predictability / confort zone. Constant pressure for results and no space for complacency - Don't expect a very well defined role with task level job description, you are expected to review and expand your own JD

      Pros

      Very fast growth (if people and management likes you) Top Management is very accessible

      Cons

      No bonus at end of the year as it is linked to global performance The company is in huge debt and the share prices going down so huge cost pressure The appraisal process is a joke (they fire people at will even when you meet all KPIs) Everyone talks about culture but no one follows it Very unstable company so you always have a risk to be sacked because of structural changes

      Pros

      This company has great benefits and allows you to participate in amazing events. Majority of your peers will be personable and hard working. It’s a great resume builder for new grads, but that comes with a price.

      Cons

      There is zero work life balance. You will work a lot of late nights and weekends. Poor leadership from every direction. Managers are so worried about not getting laid off or fired at all times. This results in them not leading their teams efficiently. Their main focus is putting out fires and hanging out with senior leader ship. To AB INBEV you will be a number not a person. However, performance has little to do with promotions. Raises rarely happen and bonus are now impossible to hit. This is not a company you can retire with. Take the resume building experience and leave.
