Pros

Very action-oriented and the impact of your work can be seen in the marketplace almost overnight Talented, ambitious employees

Cons

Lack diversity and overwhelmingly controlled by a small cadre of men from the same background If you express views that differ from the status quo it can be difficult to progress The company operates on a Company-before-Family philosophy meaning that if you're not seen as loyal to the company no matter what, you're quickly marginalised

Pros

Great company culture and principles (very wrong execution in the work environment though) Dedicated Centre Lead in GCC who leads by personal example Good experience to learn how to work under pressure, multitask, dream big and set bold goals Beer - an exciting product that you can easily relate to

Cons

Company does not genuinely care about employees - too much fear being spread in the name of company culture and principles. Underperformer ratings are pushed top down to large portion of people. Feedbacks are rarely given. Instead of supporting and coaching them they are rather replaced. There is zero empathy by HR teams, who blindly execute policies. Every mistake you make is used as an excuse to fire you. People are just numbers. No team spirit among departments. No job security - employees try to survive from one performance evaluation to next (every 6 months). People often turn on each other, raise complaints, use every opportunity to bring others down in order to get a promotion. No demonstration of Leadership - GCC management and HR blindly follows policies even in cases when they are clearly against common sense or cause more harm than bring benefit – no one dares to speaks up. Absence long term thinking and planning – very short-term focus leads to constant fire-fighting in daily job. Literally no prioritization on management level - everything is equally important has to be done right now. Zero alignment on VP level across company what is priority. In GCC focus on senseless of cutting positions – without any automations or considering negative impact on operations positions are closed (leads to extreme overtimes for the rest of the team)
