Pros

Opportunities to grow if you are really interested and have your weekends to spare Great benefits including free beer coupons every month Growing organization with plenty of young people

Cons

Lack of clear direction of the organization Very male dominated, terrible inclusion-wise and plenty of instances of male-bias Some awful leaders were hired in a hurry to meet urgent needs. They fuel favouritism and do not adhere to any culture or values of the org. Pretty much anyone can get away with anything

Pros

- generally the colleagues are very nice, good place to meet a lot of young international people. Open bar, summer party etc

Cons

- the company is incredibly cheap (no money for pens or papers, windows have to be closed otherwise no money for the bonuses of regular employees (even though upper management get paid out exorbitant bonuses), over-hours are generally not paid and expected, birthday gift is a can of Stella, people get a promotion and are offered less salary...) -toxic culture, people are expected to work over hours and not be paid for them. People get judged on the hours in the office instead of on results. People get shamed for going home `early`. Some departments have people working unpaid until late in the evening. - Again do not expect to be evaluated on results, promotions depend entirely on how many over hours you do and who you know. -The department can get closed down any moment and moved to India/Asia and everyone who does not want to go work in India for a ridiculously small salary fired.

Pros

Transport &food which comes at subsidized rate

Cons

Everything apart from the luxury of good food and transport can be safely marked as con here. Very very depressing and scary place to be in. Scary cause you never know when you will be asked to quit. If you are a person with clear conscience, believes in your work capability and think that work is what takes you up in the ladder then guys please rethink, this is a place for slaves and those who can do buttering to the management. If you can't do that, then pls don't dare joining this org. Being in the FMCG market, they are masters in packaging and marketing. So like their products, they can very well hide this dirty work environment behind their brands. You will succumb to this negativity. Save yourself.
