Pros

Sometimes there are nice trainings, but you need to be nominated by your line manager.

Cons

No work-life balance, no one cares about your well-being, focus only on the result. Since very first day management puts a lot of pressure on you. Most people are barely trained and hired mainly because they know some European language. Overtime is not paid at ALL, many people stay super late. Too young management with no experience.

Pros

-Coworkers for the most part are friendly and everyone gets along -Company paid travel is fun -Opportunites to go to cool events like the Super Bowl, World Series, etc. -Free health insurance, 8.5% 401K match, company paid car for most sales jobs, stipend for internet and phone -It’s cool to work for the King of Beers and have the name on your resume -Lots of jobs if you’re willing to move

Cons

-Young kids who do the college program are preferred over seasoned employees -Bonus is basically impossible to get and merit raises don’t happen; haven’t had a raise in over 2 years even with great reviews -Big company that only looks at bottom line, they DONT care about keeping their employees happy -Transparency isn’t there -Low pay compared to other beer companies -They’d rather just keep buying other brands to keep stock prices up instead of fixing the ones we have -You have to fight for the highest pay possible at first; with a promotion you can only get a 25% pay increase. This has lead to some managers getting paid LESS than their direct reports.

Pros

Pay seems good until you realize they never payout what’s promised. Mismanagement means you can almost do nothing all day.

Cons

- VPs are terrible about communication (heed the red flags when you experience it yourself), they say and think sexist things that should have no place in corporate America, and all drink the Kool Aid of talking absolute BS. It’s like they are teenagers with insecurities.
