Pros

Great stepping stone for those that can last longer than a year. Lots of responsibility thrown on top of you, which you would only get at other companies after couple of years experience (at of course, triple the salary) - learning curve is steep.

Cons

With a real turnover of 25% (around 40% if you count people getting retrenched/automated), it's only a matter of time till you get the axe or leave yourself. People, being one of the 3 pillars are drastically underestimated and from the get-go, you learn that the ultimate goal is to get rid of people, not to promote them. Once you start earning alright, you will be replaced as there is someone, somewhere that will do the job for cheaper - another loss of knowledge.

Pros

1) Open seating arrangement. 2) No dress-code

Cons

The company is entrenched with hierarchy. People at the top calling all the shots. Not a very meritocratic culture. They would say the opposite, but, it's same as every other company where you need to be sycophant to your manager. Coming to analytics, company don't have much data to do analytics to begin with, therefore, you won't find much challenging work except in few teams. The only pressure in the work is due to unrealistic deadlines set up by the people at the top. Salary is below market despite the gruelling work hours. Don't expect work from home ever.

Not a people company and not a sustainable company.

Pros

If you are willing to sacrifice everything you might not be sacrificed yourself. You might like some of the products.

Cons

This is a big company, who dreams big but has a small company mentality in how it runs and operate. Dream = lack of planning and inability to be sustainable. People = are not put first, there are typically 3rd or 4th place, if remembered at all in any decision making Culture = needs to be rewired. What works for the CEO does not work for the organization. Needs to live the words used to brand the company and in particular, treat people with respect and learn to communicate (which starts by listening 70% of the time).
