Pros

Company name is well known, used to be a good job

Cons

If you are not in your twenties - they will fire you soon. The company does not value experienced employees , only young and naive to the work world - get out while you can - there are thousands of better places to work.

Pros

Office is appealing and few wonderful people to work with!!! Good Brand......but not for long as current leadership is killing it in Bangalore.

Cons

Wow.....is something missing right from the interview process which is very uncomfortable process here, nobody should come out of job interview feeling like the way i felt. The way the entire interview process goes with Serge(thinks himself as cool guy) is very unprofessional. As we are just a year old being Captive, i think we would need 30 hours clock to be gifted to all employees so that we spend 15 hours in office and rest with family. Value the skill set/capabilities of the new comers(who come for interview) / also employees like us instead of just boasting about Culture which most of the leadership never adhere to.

Pros

Decent pay Free beer Not much else

Cons

"Flexible hours" actually means working 6 or 7 days a week for 10-12 hours including holidays without any additional pay or other compensation. Management doesn't have the people skills to manage their teams. Those who advance the fastest are the ones willing to echo the company lines like "people are our greatest asset." This is not the reality. Management uses their employees to reach short term goals. By taking getting promotions to different departments yearly, management never has to answer for the long term affects on their previous departments. Employees are often asked to be creative and challenge the status quo. When employees provide feedback it isn't taken seriously. Managers get offended if you go to higher up leadership (senior managers or directors). During yearly reviews, employees who are high performers often receive low reviews, no raises, and "performance improvement plans" if they have been in a position too long or if they are on the higher end of the pay scale. People costs are kept low by letting go experienced employees on the high end of the pay scale. Employees know that layoffs happen every year during the 4th quarter (often around the holidays) as management attempts to "hit the numbers." Morale is very low in most departments. Another line that is often repeated is that "safety is our number one priority." This is not the case either. I frequently see safety standards ignored when it means achieving the latest unreasonable target. Delivery trucks are often sent out overweight or with planned times that violate both company safety standards and DOT regulations. Injury rates continue to increase but that is ignored as long as targets are achieved and employees earn their meager bonuses. All of this feedback is provided yearly in the "engagement survey". The only action taken to improve survey scores is to have more happy hours and pizza parties.
