Pros

Company has a lot of money for various systems. Therefore you can learn a lot and use it in other companies. Turnover is so high you can always meet new people. /s New, good office closer to the city centre. Beer parties.

Cons

Workload - company forces you to work over contract hours. You can see people working during night. Management response: "This is not 9 to 5 company." Turnover - people are leaving and changing positions all the time, there is no stability. Company doesn't know how react. There are people being promoted fast based on how loud they can speak during meetings, not skills (there is no skills measure). Many people have no external experience and are just good bureaucrats and politicians. You will know more about work and business than your manager in no time. Everything is meeting - high turnover causes people not being able to solve basic problems. But hey, let's have another Zoom meeting to "disscuss and align about this topic" instead of actually solving it. Corporate newspeak - be ready to reach your North Star 1,000 times and more. Diversity and inclusion last for one month, unless you work with countries not recognizing basic human rights, then AB is pretending these are curse words. But they don't forget to tell you about their fake commitment every single day.

Lies lies and more lies

Pros

They are the biggest beer company. Have some great brands. That's it.

Cons

This place is a complete joke. They are simply delusional. They spout lies so many times a day, they have themselves believing their own false notions. Everything here depends on how much you dance to the tune of your boss. The way the talk about the ten principles and blatantly violate them at the same time is astounding. They do not care about careers. They feel people are commodities. They will tell you the exact opposite to your face. There is always a grand delusion which they keep on shouting like a broken record. They wouldn't know good talent and good solutions if they hit them in the face.

Pros

Get to learn a lot. If you've managed to survive in AB Inbev, you'll manage to survive in any other company in this world There are some brilliant people that you'll get to work with. Sad part is half of them have left and half of them are searching for another job If you're really looking to work your neck off and screw your happiness at the end of the day because you haven't made any impact whatsoever, this is the place to be

Cons

If you're a performer, they'll promote you like crazy, only to realise that you're doing double the job with 15-20% increment and a change in designation. It works for them as the cost of external talent acquisition for the same amount of work would be much more expensive If you look around your work station, all you'll see are unhappy faces grudging about the fact that how bad it is to work for this company. Trust me it doesn't help your morale Even if you achieve 100% of your KPIs, your bonus might go v well below 30% at the time of payout It has become a behemoth with outstanding loans more than double it's yearly revenues. Agencies have started downgrading it's credit rating
