Pros

Fast-paced, quick decision making. Cool culture to show-off

Cons

No work-life balance, Managers think completing 10 hrs in office will bring more productivity. Even if you stay in office for more than 15 hrs due to work / meetings one day, you need to be in office on time next day and atleast complete your 10 hrs again. Add to it the bangalore traffic miseries and you'll realize how far you are getting from your life - talk about work-life balance. Too much hierarchy, manager treats others really bad

Pros

Check never bounced. Still in business but management values destroys brand equity and goodwill on a daily basis.

Cons

The business model is same that 3G uses everywhere and every business that they acquire. Fire employees, cut benefits, hire young males and put Brazilian males in charge of your business who are clueless about the US but run their business solely by a balance sheet. If you aren't in that category, you won't succeed long term. And the management could not care less because they do not value anyone so don't think you matter to them.

Pros

Door-to-door cab facility is a plus. Decent compensation, especially B6, B5 and Above

Cons

fake culture, fake innovation. what’s shown on LinkedIn and in internal emails is all for show. Ground reality is completely different. Visibility matters more than contribution. Many roam with laptops doing nothing but still rise fast. Too many non-tech people in tech leadership B5, B4, B3 non-performing obsessed with saving their own seats taking bonuses. I've seen people in B6+ roles (Scrum etc) who literally add no value — jst hierarchy Work labeled as AI/ML Analytics is just Excel + PowerPoint. No real data science or engineering. HR is unapproachable and absent. Delayed replies, no ownership & always OOO Performance process is a joke. Your rating depends on people who don't even know your work. India team is treated as back office. All calls are taken in Brazil
