A lot of changes

Pros

- Free breakfast and lunch (amazing food) - Free gym access - State of the art building to work in - Hybrid working - Good additional benefits (eg shares) and pension - Business is growing rapidly

Cons

- Supply Chain Edge transformation was a bad move (asking all loyal long serving employees to reapply for jobs in structure). - Hierarchical and political. - High turnover recently due to Edge and a lot of contractors. More contractors than permanent staff in some departments. - High volumes of work. - Excessive amounts of admin. - No power to drive change unless you are a head of function. - If you are good at your role you will be kept in that role. Trying to move out of it is a battle.
